  • Unless you ordered one of our dice/storage bags, playset or single cards, or any manufacturer sealed products, your order will not be 100% like the items pictured. The pictures are just to set a reasonable expectation of what you will be receiving when you order. If you would like a specific item that was shown in one of these pictures, please reach out to us and we will see what we can do.

  • Many times we use various props in our pictures to make the images look more appealing, such as dice and figures for the dice/storage bags or card stands for some of the cards. These items will not be included with your order. If you would like some of these items, please reach out to us. We can't promise that we’ll be able to sell you these items, but it never hurts to ask!

  • If it is not listed in our shops, we don’t have it. However, that does not mean that we can’t get it. Please reach out to us so we can see what we can do for you. Please remember that special orders do take longer to complete so please bear with us.

  • While we can’t always beat the prices of other shops, including big name stores, we will always do everything in our power to hold ourselves to the standards we have set forth. And because we don’t have shareholders to keep happy, we always act in ways that have our customers’ best interests at heart. While in the end you will always make the best decision for you when you shop, we will always be here should that decision include us.

  • Unfortunately, at this time we are not working with any influencers or brands for any kind of deals. Should you still wish to purchase our products, we do encourage you to give an honest opinion of the products you receive. Your order will be treated like any other customer’s order, including trying to make right any mistakes we have made and/or help make you happy in the event you are unsatisfied with your order. We just ask that you reach out to us in the event you are unhappy with your order so we have the chance to make it right, as we do with all our customers.

    With that being said, if you still wish to reach out to us to make a deal, feel free, but we make no promises.

  • We know we won’t always please 100% of our customers. No business ever will. But we will always try to make it right. If you received something that was damaged, received items that you didn’t order, items were missing, etc., we want to know so we can make it right. We can’t help if we don’t know something is wrong, so please reach out and we will see what’s possible.

Magic: The Gathering general questions

 
  • That is what is known as a tournament stamp. Card shops will use them as a way of marking cards to ensure that only cards pulled from the packs used in a specific tournament (typically draft tournaments) are played. This does two things: it helps to cut down on the amount of people that cheat and it helps to increase the value of some cards by removing some from the pool of cards in circulation, as the tournament stamp will always degrade the quality of the card and many will then discard them, even when the card itself is in amazing condition. The best condition a card with a tournament stamp can ever be is LP, or lightly played.

  • None of our cards are professionally graded. This means when we say a card is lightly played, near mint, etc., it is based on what we consider the card's condition to be in. Some people and/or collectors may have a different idea of what a given card condition is. For a reference on how we determine a card's condition, please visit https://help.tcgplayer.com/hc/en-us/articles/221430307-How-can-I-tell-what-condition-a-card-is-in-. We are also only human. While we do our best to go through our stock to remove any damaged cards from inventory, sometimes a card will slip by. If this happens and you get a card that is heavily damaged, has writing on it, or is generally speaking in bad shape, please reach out to us and let us know so we can get you a replacement order.

    Please note that all cards with tournament stamps will always be considered one level below their actual condition (near mint becomes lightly played, moderately played becomes heavily played, etc.).

  • Generally speaking, trading cards are considered vintage if they are at least 20 years old. Most cards printed in the old format, such as cards from sets like Tempest and 4th Edition, are considered vintage under that definition. For our uses, this means any card printed mid-2003 and earlier will be considered vintage so long as it uses the older card style. Newer cards that have this style, such as those reprinted as part of The List or found in modern sets with retro frames, will not be considered vintage, regardless of when the card was first printed.

  • As no two collections are the same, please reach out to us so we can work with you to make an offer. We offer phone/video consults as well as other options for getting your collection appraised. Please note that there may be a fee for these appraisals at the discretion of our owner. Should you wish to value your own collection and come to us with an offer, we recommend using the TCG Player mobile app, as it allows you to scan your cards with your phone and it gives you a value for each card. Just make sure you have the correct printing, style, and condition selected for the most accurate results.

Magic: The Gathering repacks and rare pulls

 
  • Exactly how we said in the item description. We make them well ahead of time so we do not know what each individual pack contains. Only that you will get the breakdown listed in the description of the item. If your item was not made to the standards listed in the item description, please contact us so we can correct that issue.

  • The images used in our repack and rare pull listings exist only to give an example of what you could get. If you would like a specific card shown, please reach out to us and we will see what we can do.

  • Because we buy collections, many cards we get are in sleeves. We remove the ones that are considerably larger than the cards, as they can take up a lot of space. We leave the ones in the fitted sleeves because they do not add a lot of bulk to the cards. We will also purchase some valuable cards to mix in and we also place these cards in fitted sleeves to help protect them and keep them in the condition we got them in.

  • Of course! Just contact us and send us pictures of the item in question. While we do our best to remove any seriously damaged cards and ensure that all sealed products are in good condition, we are only human. Sometimes we do make mistakes and we are happy to make things right!

  • We can assure you that we do not try to rip off anyone. Due to how Wizards of the Coast prints their Magic: The Gathering cards, many of their cards are considered bulk cards and have relatively low value. Because we buy collections from people, most of the cards we get will be these bulk cards. While we do go out of our way to purchase more valuable cards to mix in, we can not guarantee that each item will have some of these higher value cards due to the nature of our we make our products. If you are looking for a specific card or for a card valued at a specific amount, please reach out to us and we will see what we can do.

Magic: The Gathering singles and playsets

 
  • We use TCGPlayer for all pricing. We prefer the smartphone app as it allows you to use your phone’s camera to scan the card and it will pull up the card from its database. Please keep in mind that it won’t always pull up the correct printing for some cards so you may need to manually select that set so you get an accurate price for the cards you received.

  • If we don't have it, we may be able to get it. And because we have deals with various vendors, we can usually get it for less than the average person going to a card shop. Please keep in mind that when we order a card for you, it may take more time for you to get your order.

  • While we can’t always beat the prices of other shops, including big name stores, we will always do everything in our power to stay true to the standards we have set for ourselves. And because we don’t have shareholders to keep happy, we always act in ways that have our customers’ best interests at heart. However, if you still want to look at your order from a pricing perspective, please keep us in mind when you shop around. With our eBay stores you will be paying no more than $1.98 plus applicable taxes for playsets (4 cards) valued at less than $0.25 each or singles valued at less than $0.99 with shipping included. And as we add more products to the store on this website, you will be able to compare the prices of our other products as well.

Dice/Storage Bags

 
  • Yes! We wash all of our bags at least once (twice if they have any kind of glitter on them) to ensure they will hold up in the washer. As gamers, we want to sell a product that will live up to the chaos of a tabletop gaming table, including pizza grease and soda spills.

  • While custom orders are possible, they will take quite a bit of effort to make happen. Just remember that there will be a wait while we assemble it. Please reach out to us about these orders. Please note that we can’t guarantee that our custom orders will be open all the time.

  • This is due to how we purchase our fabrics. We are always looking for deals and sales on the trademarked fabrics so we can pass on the savings to you!

  • Of course! Because they don’t lay perfectly flat when they open up, they can be used for all kinds of things. The bowl shape is good for seeing a larger portion of what is inside, making it perfect for finding smaller items, makeup, and just about anything you could want to store in it! And because they are machine washable, you don’t have to worry about spills, though we can’t promise that your makeup won’t leave a stain.

Custom Orders

  • At this time, you will need to reach out to us, as we have not yet created an order form on our website. Please keep in mind we are not always accepting custom orders, and we will have a notice on our home page under the shop button when we are not accepting them.

    When you contact us, please make sure to include the kind of item and what options you would like for that item. For example, if you want a custom dice bag, you will need to give us the size, the pattern or color of the outer fabric, the color of the satin inner lining, the color of the draw string, and if you would like any special beading on the strings.

  • When we are accepting custom orders, wait times can be several weeks, depending on things like workload, wait times for materials, and the project complexity. Please keep in mind that for any products involving resin, the wait time will be longer due to all the work that goes into resin pieces.

  • It varies from order to order based on the costs and the project complexity. Some orders may require a non-refundable down payment while others may require payment in full before work begins on your order. When you place a custom order, we will go over all of that with you as part of the order process. Please note that any orders over $100 will require a non-refundable down payment of 50% of the order cost.

  • If we take a down payment for your order, we begin the work within 1-2 business days. Once work has begun on your order, this means we have started ordering and/or using materials and spending time on your order. These are things we can’t always get back if your order is canceled for any reason.

  • Unfortunately, a full refund will not always be possible with custom orders. However, if you reach out to us, we will do what we can to accommodate your request. Please note that for custom orders, we will need your order, or the parts of the order you are not happy with, back in the condition they arrived in before any refund can be processed.

Shipping

 
  • This is likely because of how we handle the orders. We print our labels in the evening and they get packaged and shipped by the next day. We also may run a day or two behind due to the volume of orders. For example, Monday orders may not be processed until Wednesday or Thursday, then shipped the following day. Special orders also take longer to process. If you have any questions, please contact us and we can look into your specific order to see what is going on. If you require express shipping and handling, reach out to us before you place your order so we can get that set up for you. Please note that for express orders you will need to pay for the extra shipping costs.

  • Because we use the United State Postal Service (USPS) for most orders, it can take up to 8 business days from the date it was delivered to the post office for domestic orders depending on the size of your order and the specific shipment method. Please visit https://www.usps.com/ship/ for more details on shipping times. Your exact delivery time will vary based on when during the day we can get your order to the post office and the exact shipping method used. Please note that our eBay stores only allow for one shipping option so for express orders through eBay please contact us directly.

  • This could be for several reasons. For example: we’re waiting on a specific item for your order but the label has already been created, we haven’t been able to get your item to the carrier yet, or the carrier has not properly scanned your package so there are no updates in their system. If it has been more than 10 business days from the date your order was placed, please reach out to us. We can’t promise we will find the answers, but we do promise we will do everything in our power to make it right.

  • This is a common occurrence with USPS. Sometimes when packages are loaded onto a mail truck, they are flagged as delivered when they won’t be delivered until later that day or even the following day depending on when the trucks are loaded. Please give it until the end of the following business day and if your order is still not delivered, please reach out to us and we will work to solve this issue.

  • Due to customs regulations, international shipping times are greatly extended for the standard shipping options that we use. If you would like faster delivery, please reach out to us and we will work with you to find a method that works for you. Please note that you may have to pay for the difference in shipping costs as every carrier has different pricing.

  • Of course! Please reach out to us so we can work with you to make it right. Just make sure to take pictures of how your order arrived so if the fault is with how we packaged the order, we can make sure it doesn’t happen in the future.
